#WikiLovesLivingHeritage

To mark the 20th anniversary of the UNESCO 2003 Convention, the international campaign 'Wiki Loves Living Heritage' invited people around the world to capture intangible cultural heritage in text and images and share them through the Wikimedia platforms.

The campaign collected photos, videos and documentation of intangible heritage and is making them open and accessible through the Wikimedia channels: Wikimedia CommonsWikidata and Wikipedia.

In doing so, Wiki Loves Living Heritage gives great visibility both to the intangible heritage included in the recognised Inventories and UNESCO lists within the 181 member states of the UNESCO 2003 Convention, but also to the great diversity of other intangible heritage outside.

More information on both the international and Belgian campaign can be found here.
